This is the guidance, advice and reassurance that you need to be fully involved in wedding planning without feeling overwhelmed. From Pinterest boards, to personally curated and unique design boards, to practical vendor recommendations and support, this package will hone down on your desired aesthetic and start you off in a positive and clear direction.

From the start, let’s chat about your day in hypotheticals, talking about your wants, needs, desired vision and nonnegotiables. Ya know, the big picture stuff. From there, we will hand craft your budget, striking a balance between your overall vision and what is practical. We will go over design in detail, creating fool proof design boards, which will help us visually represent and explain your aesthetic. With my guidance and vendor relations, we will find and hand pick your ideal wedding vendors. We will end with the small stuff, ya know, all of those details. With my support, wedding planning will be stress free and seamless.

Kindly complete the contact form with a few essential details. You can expect an email from us within 48 hours. After that, we'll provide a link to book our Initial Consultation, where we’ll dive into the vision for your wedding.
The consultation
Kennedy will personally call you for a 30-minute conversation where we walk through your vision, priorities, and any concerns. We will share openly and honestly about how KME can best serve you on your wedding day. After our call, we will follow up with a polished email summary for your reference. From there, you’ll have everything you need to decide if we’re the ideal fit for your planning journey.
You’ll receive a contract to look over and sign alongside your fiancé, and KME will countersign once complete. After the agreement is finalized, an invoice is sent so you can make your non-refundable deposit and officially reserve your date on the KME calendar

The Final Step
Welcome—your KME planning experience begins now. With signatures complete and your deposit received, your date is officially secured—and we couldn’t be more excited to begin this journey with you. An onboarding email will be sent out shortly, which will walk you through our next steps. You’ll also gain access to AislePlanner, our shared Google folder, our hand-selected Preferred Vendor List, and an array of exclusive KME planning documents.

what is the process like and how do we book?

01. HOW MANY WEDDINGS HAVE YOU PLANNED?
KME works with weddings of varying investment levels and approaches budget conversations with honesty and clarity—both of which are vital to a seamless planning process. Our couples typically begin with a minimum investment of $50,000, though guest count greatly influences the overall spend. With intentional guest count planning, we can design an event that reflects your vision while staying aligned with your financial priorities.
02. What is the average cost of weddings you take on?
Absolutely! We love traveling beyond our local area for weddings and have experience planning celebrations in San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, Santa Cruz Napa Valley, and many other beautiful locations. Wherever your dream destination may be, we’re here to help bring it to life! Please note that travel fees apply, which vary based on location and the level of support KME provides.
03.Do you travel and do you have travel fees?
Of course! KME is fortunate to have a talented team of detail-oriented, dedicated, and passionate assistants. On your wedding day, you can expect at least one KME-trained lead coordinator and one assistant on-site, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
04. Do you bring anyone with you to execute the wedding day?
Great question! About 30 days before your wedding, I become a full-time weather strategist. During the month leading up to your day, we’ll discuss your personal definition of inclement weather—whether that’s rain, wind, or temperatures soaring over 100 degrees. From there, we’ll craft a thoughtful Plan B tailored to your celebration. As your wedding approaches, even the day before, we’ll make the final call on whether to implement that plan, ensuring your day unfolds seamlessly, rain or shine.
